New Hourly Prophet Challenge: Everything You Need to Know

The challenge will run from November 3nd, 14:00 UTC. From now on, we are running a new Prophet challenge every week starting Monday.

⚡ How It Works

The Hourly Prophet Challenge is built around 1h and 30min prediction markets. Every trade you place counts toward your performance on the leaderboard — individually and as part of your team.

🏆 Individual Сompetition and Rewards

The individual prize pool is 10,000 LMTS in total:

• 1st place — 5,000 LMTS

• 2nd place — 3,000 LMTS

• 3rd place — 2,000 LMTS

Here’s how the individual leaderboard is calculated for the Second Hourly Prophet Challenge:

1. Qualify with a $10+ trade — place at least one trade of $10 or more in a single market.

2. Only positive trades count — markets where you have a negative ROI won’t reduce your score.

3. No downside risk — bad trades don’t drag you down; you can only go higher.
   More trades = more chances — if you make more than 50 positive trades, only your best 50 are counted, giving you more opportunities to climb the leaderboard.
   
   

Example: If you made +15% on one market, +8% on another, and so on, the top 50 of these results will be added together to form your final score.

👥 Team Competition

Alongside individual rewards, teams compete for leaderboard glory. 

Teams are ranked by the average traded volume of their active members.

This means we take the total traded volume of the team and divide it by the number of active traders considered (top 90% of active members). The result, the average traded volume, is what defines a team’s position on the leaderboard.

• An active trader = someone who placed at least one bet of $10+ on hourly markets. 

• All trades from active traders count toward the team’s average — the $10+ rule is only for qualification.

• To ensure fairness, the calculation includes the top 90% of active traders in each team.

• A team must have at least 20 active members to qualify for the ranking.

• No counting of tails trading (98%+ positions)

• On the last day, new users won’t be able to join the challenge

• During the final 3 days, no new teams or captains can be added

This way, every team has a genuine opportunity to compete, regardless of its size.

Team prizes:

• 1st place — ×2 multiplier on all points earned from hourly markets during the challenge

• 2nd place — ×1.5 multiplier

• 3rd place — ×1.25 multiplier
