Binance receives MiCA license by June 30, 2026?

This market will resolve to "YES" if Binance (including its parent or Binance-affiliated entity such as "Binance EU," "Binance Europe," or any entity operating under the Binance brand as a CEX) is authorized as a CASP under MiCA by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission (HCMC) of Greece, as confirmed by an official communication from Binance or HCMC published on or before June 30, 2026, 23:59 UTC. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "NO”.

Resolution language that qualifies includes, but is not limited to: "secured a license", "received authorization”, "authorized as a CASP under MiCA", "granted a CASP license".

The primary resolution sources are Binance's official communications channels and the Hellenic Capital Market Commission (https://www.hcmc.gr/).
