This market concerns the official post-match press conference of Manchester United following the Manchester United vs Liverpool Premier League match scheduled for May 3, 2026.

This market will resolve to "YES" if Michael Carrick explicitly uses any of the following words during the official post-match press conference: "confidence", "confident", "confidently", "belief", "believe", "believes", "believing", or "believed". Otherwise, this market will resolve to "NO."

The resolution source will be the official Manchester United YouTube channel Press Conferences 2025/26 playlist (https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL5-QUghxmluKUoH5ajqNRaRY5uVws2azy).

Resolution will be determined using the YouTube auto-generated transcript ("Show transcript" feature) of the relevant post-match press conference video. If the YouTube transcript is unavailable, the resolution will be based on the press conference video.

Only statements made by Michael Carrick during the official post-match press conference for this specific match will count. Statements made in flash interviews, mixed zone interviews, social media, or any other media appearances do not count. Indirect references to confidence or belief without using the specified words will not qualify for "YES" resolution. If Michael Carrick does not participate in the press conference, this market will resolve to "NO."

If no official post-match press conference is published on the Manchester United YouTube channel by May 31, 2026, 23:59 UTC, this market will resolve to "NO."
