FIFA to confirm 64-team 2030 World Cup by January 31, 2027

This market will resolve to "YES" if FIFA formally announces that the 2030 FIFA World Cup will be expanded to 64 teams on or before January 31, 2027, 23:59 UTC, as confirmed by an official FIFA Council media release or announcement published on inside.fifa.com. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "NO."

Statements by any confederation, national association, or individual FIFA officials on personal social media do not count. Non-committal language such as "under consideration" or "will be discussed" does not count.

If the data on the website is unavailable for 72 hours after January 31, 2027, a consensus of credible reporting will be used.
