This market will resolve to "YES" if Italy makes at least one official substitution before the 45th minute (1’ to 45’ incl.) in the Greece vs Italy international friendly match scheduled for June 7, 2026, 18:45 UTC. The substitution must be completed (player has left the pitch and replacement has entered) and recorded in the FBRef.com match report for this specific game. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "NO."

If the match is not played and completed with an official result by August 7, 2026, 12:00 UTC, the market will resolve to "NO."

If the data on the website is unavailable for 72 hours after the match is completed, a consensus of credible reporting will be used.
