This market will resolve to "YES" if Lionel Messi scores a goal directly from a free kick at the 2026 FIFA World Cup, as recorded on the FotMob match page for the relevant match. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "NO."

The goal must be credited to Lionel Messi and recorded in FotMob's shot map data with the situation labeled as "Free kick" and the result as "Goal". Goals scored in extra time count.

This market will resolve as soon as Lionel Messi scores a qualifying goal, or once Argentina has completed its participation in the tournament.

If the 2026 FIFA World Cup is cancelled, postponed after July 31, 2026, 23:59 UTC, or Lionel Messi's final tournament goal record cannot be determined within that timeframe, this market will resolve to "NO."

The resolution source for this market will be FotMob; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
