💎 Perplexity AI to reach $14B valuation by July 31?

This market will resolve once Perplexity AI’s next funding round is officially confirmed as closed, based on the reported post-money valuation. The reported post-money valuation of the last round was $9B (Dec. 18, 2024).

This market will resolve to “YES” if Perplexity AI’s next funding round is officially confirmed as closed with a post-money valuation of $14 billion or higher (or the equivalent in other currencies, using the exchange rate on the closing date) by July 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "NO."

The primary resolution source will be official Perplexity AI announcements (https://www.perplexity.ai/hub). However, a consensus of credible reporting - such as TechCrunch, Bloomberg, Reuters, WSJ, and The Information - may also be used. Articles or announcements mentioning only “late-stage negotiations,” “aiming for,” “in talks,” or rumors do not count.

If no credible information confirming a closed round and valuation of $14 billion or higher is publicly available by August 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to “NO.”
