As of market creation, Reddit (NYSE: RDDT) is scheduled to release Q1 2026 earnings after market close on Thursday, April 30, 2026. Reddit reported U.S. Daily Active Uniques (DAUq) of 52.5 million for Q4 2025.

This market resolves "Yes" if Reddit reports U.S. DAUq greater than or equal to the value specified in the title for Q1 2026 in its next quarterly earnings release. Otherwise, it resolves "No."

Resolution source: the U.S. DAUq figure published in Reddit's official Q1 2026 earnings press release issued via Reddit's Investor Relations website (investor.redditinc.com) and Reddit's Q1 2026 Shareholder Letter. If the press release and Shareholder Letter disagree, the press release governs. If neither contains a U.S. DAUq figure, the figure reported in Reddit's Form 10-Q for Q1 2026 will be used.

Definition of U.S. DAUq: the total U.S. Daily Active Uniques for the quarter as defined and reported by Reddit β€” the average daily count of unique users who visited reddit.com or opened a Reddit application at least once during a 24-hour period, located in the United States, averaged across the days of Q1 2026, including both logged-in and logged-out users. If Reddit publishes only "U.S. logged-in DAUq" without a total U.S. DAUq, that figure alone will not be used; the market resolves under the no-publication clause below.

No-publication clause: if Reddit releases earnings without a U.S. DAUq figure in any of the documents above, and no such figure is published by Reddit on its official IR channels within 96 hours of market close (4:00 pm ET) on the day earnings are announced, the market resolves "No."

Delay clause: if Reddit does not release Q1 2026 earnings within 45 calendar days of the estimated earnings date (April 30, 2026), the market resolves "No."

Note: Subsequent restatements, corrections, or revisions to the initially announced U.S. DAUq figure will not qualify for resolution, except in the case of obvious and immediate mistakes (e.g., fat finger errors, as with Lyft's earnings release in February 2024).

Note: All figures are rounded to the nearest 0.1 million using standard rounding, matching Reddit's reporting precision.

Note: U.S. DAUq is a quarterly average, not a point-in-time snapshot, per Reddit's stated methodology. Note: All figures are expressed in millions of users, unless otherwise indicated.
