Resolution

As of market creation, Uber Technologies (NYSE: UBER) is scheduled to release Q1 2026 earnings before market open on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, with a conference call at 8:00 AM ET.

This market resolves "Yes" if Uber reports Trips greater than or equal to the value specified in the title for Q1 2026 in its next quarterly earnings release. Otherwise, it resolves "No."

Resolution source: the Trips figure published in Uber's official Q1 2026 earnings press release issued via Uber's Investor Relations website (investor.uber.com) on May 6, 2026. The authoritative figure is the value reported in the "Financial and Operational Highlights" financial table, expressed in millions (e.g., the "Trips" line item shows "3,751" for Q4 2025, representing 3,751 million Trips). Narrative or summary figures expressed in billions (e.g., "3.8 billion") are display roundings and are NOT used for resolution. If neither the press release nor accompanying materials contain a Trips figure in the financial table format, the figure reported in Uber's Form 10-Q for Q1 2026 will be used.

Definition of Trips: as defined by Uber, "the number of completed consumer Mobility rides and Delivery orders in a given period" (per Uber's Key Terms for Key Metrics). This market refers to the consolidated platform-wide figure (Mobility plus Delivery combined), not segment-level breakdowns.

No-publication clause: if Uber releases earnings without a Trips figure in any of the documents above, and no such figure is published by Uber on its official IR channels by 8:00:00 AM ET on May 10, 2026 (96 hours after the scheduled release window opens at 8:00:00 AM ET on May 6, 2026), the market resolves "No."

Delay clause: if Uber does not release Q1 2026 earnings by 8:00:00 AM ET on June 20, 2026 (45 calendar days after the estimated earnings date), the market resolves "No."

Note: Subsequent restatements, corrections, or revisions to the initially announced Trips figure (including those published in the subsequent Form 10-Q) will not qualify for resolution, except in the case of obvious and immediate mistakes.

Note: Trips are reported in single-million precision in Uber's earnings press release financial table. Strike values in this market correspond directly to that reported figure (e.g., a strike of 3,500M resolves Yes if and only if Uber's reported Trips is 3,500 million or greater).

Note: Trips is reported as a quarterly cumulative count (total Trips across the three months of Q1 2026), not a daily run-rate or annualized figure.
