This market resolves Yes if Elon Musk, personally or through a company he controls, completes the acquisition of a cryptocurrency trading platform that directly competes with Binance by May 6, 2027, 11:59 PM UTC. The acquisition must involve majority ownership or operational control and be confirmed by official announcements or credible reporting. Partnerships, minority investments, and launching a new trading platform do not qualify. Otherwise, the market resolves No.
