Will Telegram release its in-built GRAM Wallet by 10/10?

Will Telegram make its native Gram Wallet generally available inside the Telegram app before end of day 10 October 2026? This market is about general availability. The 31 August 2026 select-user rollout does not count. Resolve YES if, at the cutoff, all of the following are true: - An ordinary new Telegram account, not on an invite or allowlist, can open Gram Wallet from Telegram’s own UI. - From that account, inside the app, the user can send GRAM and the transfer confirms on TON. - This works in the stable client on at least two of: official Android, official iOS, official Telegram Desktop. Resolve NO if any of the above is missing. Also No if: - access is still a closed or select test, - the UI cannot send; - or it is live only in beta.
