Ticker FAQs

How do crypto price prediction markets work?

Each market asks a question and lists an outcome for each answer. A share in an outcome pays $1 if it happens and $0 if it does not, so a price of 30¢ means traders give it about a 30% chance.

How are crypto price markets settled?

Up or Down markets compare prices over a fixed window, from 5 minutes to a day. Short rounds use Chainlink prices; hourly and daily markets use Binance. Weekly and longer markets ask about price levels. Each market names its source in its rules.

Can I sell my crypto price shares before the result?

Yes. You can sell your shares at the current price at any time before the market closes. Holding to the end pays $1 per share if your outcome wins.

Who sets the crypto price odds?

Traders do. Prices come from supply and demand on an on-chain order book and automated liquidity, not from Limitless. The odds on each market are the current price of each outcome.

Can I see how past crypto price markets settled?

Yes. Resolved markets stay published with their final result, so you can open any past crypto price market and check its outcome.
